The MHLS Growth & Sustainability Department helps member libraries as they move through the:

• MHLS Growth Cycle
  
  
• MHLS Sustainability Cycle

The Department works to develop methods of improving libraries in the areas of management, governance, funding, marketing and facilities.

Member Information Files are maintained by this department and include contact, charter, policy and funding info on each member library.

The weekly MHLS Bulletin and the quarterly newsletter for the trustees of member libraries called, Across the Board is published through this department.
