2008 Member Information Packet

Update your library's contact information and trustee roster

The Member Information Department facilitates communication within the Mid-Hudson Library System.
This department collects and organizes information such as policies, news clippings, newsletters, etc., from member libraries to be shared with System staff and other libraries.

The weekly MHLS Bulletin is published through this department. MHLS also publishes a quarterly newsletter for the trustees of member libraries called, Across the Board

Advocacy: This page provides information about library advocacy, current legislation affecting libraries and legislator contact information.

Fundraising: This area provides information on a wide variety of fundraising topics: grant writing, grant seeking, grant maker information, planned giving, 501(c)(3), online fundraising, special events... There is also a Friends & Fundraising listserv available, for grant deadlines and relevant fundraising news. Marketing: This area of the web site provides information on learning about your community and how to plan to serve them better.
