Rules and regulations:
Please follow the directions carefully.

· All designs must be in Black Ink. No Crayon.
·Children in Grades K thru 6^th may enter the contest.
·Drawing must be child’s own design.
·Design should be based on library related themes and/or activities,
e.g. reading, books, special programs, what the library means to you.
·Design for one side only. One entry per student.
·Three First Place Winners will be chosen: Grades K-1, 2-3, 4-5.
·Winners will be listed at the library.
·Contest entries may be picked up at the library.
·Entries must be returned by YOUR DUE DATE.
·Each First Place Winning Bookmark will be used as a YOUR LIBRARY
NAME Bookmark.
· Each First Place Winner will receive a $10.00 Gift Certificate for a book.
· Students who have been chosen as winners in previous years are
ineligible to compete.

*Runners-up will receive certificates

All designs become the property of the YOUR LIBRARY NAME and none will be
returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Area at right is the actual size of the bookmark to be designed and should be used
for the finished artwork.
