Mid-Hudson Library System's Request-A-Title

Log in and use you BOOKCART to select multiple items to Request.

1. Log into the Public Catalog (type your Barcode and Pin**, then click "submit").
2. Select "Search the Catalog".
3. Find the item you want to reserve and click on to add to your Bookcart.
4. After you have added all of the items that you wish to request, click the "View Saves" button.
5. Click "Request list"
6. Choose the where you would like to pick up you items
7. Click "Request All", or s elect items to request and click "Request Selected".
8. Click the red Log Out button when finished with all your requests. Your bookcart is cleared when you log out.

Search to find what you would like to request and then log in to finalize the request

1. Search the Catalog.
2. After searching and viewing a specific item, Cllick the "request" link from the list of items or click the green Request-A-Title button from the full record.
3. Enter your Barcode and PIN
4. Choose a pick-up location and click Submit, then click Start Over or Regular Display
   
5. Click the red Log Out button when finished with all your requests.
   

With your library card you can borrow books, video tapes, audio tapes, DVDs and more. You can search the MHLS Online Public Library Catalog of over 1 ½ million items in Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Putnam and Ulster County libraries

**Personal Identification Number: If you have no PIN, enter your barcode, choose a pickup location and hit enter, it will then ask you to enter a new PIN. You may change your PIN by clicking Modify Your Pin. If you forget your PIN call your local library.
