  • Organize list of members' e-mail addresses to facilitate communication
  • Share successes/concerns with library staff

  • Put out publicity to solicit group members
  • Conduct organizational meeting to outline how group will function
  • Make group aware of Book Club in a Bag resources
  • Order titles chosen by group
  • Touch base with group periodically to facilitate smooth functioning of group
