Each year, all MHLS member libraries are required to complete the Public & Association Library Annual Report. This year the report will be completed online via libPAS, a data management software program created by Counting Opinions.

Member Library due date: April 10th.

Informational Packets

MHLS has prepared information packets for each library to help answer the financial, collection, and holdings sections of the report. Be aware, if you received a preliminary packet, some of the collection/holdings figures have changed.

Be sure to:

  • Get it on the agenda! Make sure the review and acceptance of the library’s annual report is on the Library Board’s April or May agenda.

Don’t Go It Alone

Annual Reports are better with company! Register for a Virtual Co-working Session. Not a presentation, not a webinar. Just a shared virtual space to get it done, with live answers when you need them. You can drop in for 10 minutes or stay the full session.
