* Patrons are assigned to a library when they create their login, based on the URL used to access the site the first time and create an account. Each library will have a discrete URL to use on their website, in social media and other marketing. Where generic access is described, patrons will choose the library. New users will be authenticated using our Web Access Management (WAM) when passing through the library’s assigned URL, which will create statistical reports by ptype in our monthly WAM report, but once the patron has an account, they may access Transparent Language directly at https://www.transparent.com/login/ using only their user name.
