Bibliographic Records with your items

In this sample report, we will be looking for Bibliographic records where your library owns items.  We will be limiting our search in this example to one material type.

1. Store record type as Bibliographic
2. Use full range (don’t make any changes) &
3. Bib Location has your 3 letter prefix – limits titles to those with your items attached &
4. Bib created after – limits to the newer titles &
5. Bib Material type equal to b (book)-limits to only books &
6. Annual report = fiction
