- Use the Function drop-down list to select Pending Request, located in the Interlibrary Loan section.
- Double click on the patron’s request and click on the Receive button.
- Sierra will ask you if this item will be Returnable. In most cases the item must be returned and the default selection “Returnable” is correct. However, there may be times when a photocopy or PDF is sent and the item need not be returned. In that case, choose “Not Returnable”.
- Your item will include a cardstock bookmark complete with an item barcode. This will be the barcode that you scan at the prompt. Please keep the bookmark with the ILL paperwork and return it with the item to MHLS Interlibrary Loan.
- When the message comes up that says “Not all of the fields have been completed. Continue anyway?” Select Yes.
