Instructions:
Place the holds for the number of copies that you will need in Sierra.  You can place them directly on the patron records or on internal records that you have created for the purpose of procuring items.  The form below is used to expedite filling holds for multiple copies of the same title.  The form has the advantage of hitting all available copies at once, whereas single requests page one library at a time.
