Setting up grid codes for Amazon Business MARC records

Go to https://www.amazon.com/ab/library/ and click on the “Library Settings” button.

Under “Configure Grids” click the Edit button

For “Integrated Library System” select “Sierra”

In the “Fixed fields” section, enter the fields listed below:

And then under custom fields, click the “Add custom field” button

And set your input options with your 4-letter codes for each section of your library

Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
