New York Releases Guidance on Paid Sick Leave

On October 20th, the New York State Department of Labor released guidance regarding non-COVID paid sick leave. The guidance document provides information about amount of leave, accruals, eligibility, permitted uses, and more, and the supporting Frequently Asked Questions document provides further clarification.
