The New York Library Association has issued a Call to Action to remind our state legislators to sign on to support increases in library operating aid, State Aid for Library Construction, NOVELny, and the stabilization funds for the NYS Division of Library Development (via the Office of Cultural Education.)
This is one of the most important steps in our work to increase funding for libraries in the coming state budget so please help connect library stakeholders like trustee and Friends Group members as well as the public with this simple way to make an impact.
