NOTICE TO QUALIFIED FIRMS

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the MID-HUDSON LIBRARY SYSTEM (MHLS) that sealed bids are sought and requested for an ANNUAL FINANCIAL AUDIT.

The Request for Proposal will be available as of June 15, 2021: (1) at the MID-HUDSON LIBRARY SYSTEM, 103 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12601, during the period of Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM; (2) by email upon a confirmed receipt from MHLS of an email request to SCamara@midhudson.org.

Sealed bids submitted will be received to the attention of the MHLS Finance Manager & Personnel Officer at MHLS Headquarters, 103 Market Street, on or before August 15, 2021 at 2PM.

Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the opening of bids. Any bid received after the time of the opening of bids will be rejected.
