Before filling out this form, contact your supervisor for permission to conduct this meeting or workshop.
This form should be completed 8 weeks before your meeting or workshop to allow sufficient time for publication, planning, and publicity of the event. This lead time will also give attendees enough time to make arrangements to come to the event.
After submitting this form, you'll be contacted by Kerstin Cruger with drafts of promotional materials, notices, and next steps for conducting your workshop.
