The New York State Gaming Commission will provide a brief overview of the laws and regulations governing the conduct of games of chance and bingo by authorized charitable organizations. The session will review the forms and applications that are required to be filed with the Gaming Commission and the local licensing authority. The course will provide detailed information regarding the forms and fees that are required as well as compliance by organizations with financial reporting after charitable gaming has been conducted.
