Accessibility is an important consideration for our library programs, presentations, and meetings. Join Lauren Kehoe, NYU Libraries’ former Accessibility & Accommodations Librarian, to learn tips and best practices for ensuring that the online and in-person events and other activities that we undertake in libraries consider accessibility in their design and delivery. She will share practical tips and suggestions for you to incorporate into your own practice ensuring a more inclusive experience for program and meeting attendees.
The Mid-Hudson Library System (MHLS) is committed to offering inclusive, diverse, and equitable services to all of our members. To request specific accommodations for this program please contact MHLS at least two weeks in advance to help ensure availability. Send inquiries to Kerstin Cruger, kcruger@midhudson.org.
This event will take place online.
