In 2015 ten member library directors participated in an experiment to identify and apply best practices to influence the circulation of adult fiction titles in their library. Five directors who were leading libraries who were experiencing increases in circulation (Trusted Advisors) were paired up with five libraries who were seeing a decline in circulation (Early Adopters).
