Sierra 5.1 Release

The upcoming Sierra 5.1 release will take place on July 7th at 3:00am. New features and fixes in Sierra 5.1 and 5.0 will be included in this upgrade. Delivery and Holds Restarted

As of Monday, June 22nd MHLS has turned on system-wide holds and enacted a full restart of 5-day-a-week delivery services. Open Meetings Law Adjustments Extended

Adjustments to Open Meetings Law are extended until at least July 6th. This has been confirmed with the Committee on Open Government. Please remember online meetings must be recorded and transcribed and that the public has a right to attend. Minutes will still need to be taken even with the recording.
