The first session in the New York Library Association’s (NYLA) six-part Advocacy Fundamentals series From Education to Action took place on Tuesday, October 27th. Director of Government Relations & Advocacy for NYLA, Briana McNamee presented on advocacy through audience engagement and message development and delivery.
