New Procedures – Items with Missing Parts

At the DA meeting in February member library directors voted to approve new procedures for checking in items with missing parts. This change was recommended by the Resource Sharing Advisory Committee after fielding many concerns about the procedures we were previously following. The new procedure was developed and has been tested by the committee members. The process has changed considerably and requires that all staff review the new process in order to comply.
