In order to address Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) concerns unique to library applicants, the American Library Association (ALA), the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA), and the Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband Coalition (SHLB) recently co-hosted an open Q&A forum. The recording of the Q&A: Libraries and the Emergency Connectivity Fund forum held on July 16th is now available online, as are links to resources mentioned during the discussion. The application window for the ECF program will close on August 13.
