New York’s #eBooksForAll bill, S2890B/A5837B, will head to Governor Hochul for signature soon and the New York Library Association (NYLA) needs advocates to let her know that this is important legislation for all New Yorkers. This bill will ensure that publishers do not block library patrons from accessing digital books. Grassroots advocates were critical in getting the eBooks bill passed in both chambers of the legislature.
