The Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is now accepting requests for Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS), also known as earmarks or Community Project Funding (CPF) in the House of Representatives, for Fiscal Year 2026. The online portal will be open and accepting applications until Monday, March 31st at 11:59pm ET.
